Michelle Engel

Michelle (Pealer) Engel has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR Manager at Footstar, Inc. Michelle (Pealer) later transitioned to roles at AOL, where they worked as a Senior HR Manager and Director in various capacities. At Evolent Health, they held several key positions, including Vice President of Human Resources/Talent and Chief Talent Officer/Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pathways. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated leadership in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Michelle (Pealer) Engel completed their B.A. in Psychology and English at Lehigh University. Michelle (Pealer) furthered their education by attending the Harvard Business School, where they completed "The HR-Executive Suite Connection - Virtual Program." Michelle also holds certifications as a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and SHRM-SCP.
