Stephen Langlois

Stephen Langlois is an accomplished Grants & Data Compliance Manager at Pathways of Hope, where responsibilities include procuring grant funding, achieving a 67% catch rate, and increasing funding by 73% to support various programs for low-income residents in Orange County.
