Andrew Keith Arlen

Andrew Keith Arlen has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Andrew Keith is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Pathzero since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sypht as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2021 to May 2023. At Sypht, they made significant contributions to the development of cutting edge cloud AI software and mentored other developers. Andrew Keith also improved software quality and security through the introduction of streamlined development techniques and comprehensive cybersecurity practices. Additionally, they integrated performance measurements and monitoring into the cloud-based offering and developed the entire software stack. Before Sypht, Andrew worked at Honeywell as a Senior Specialist Software Engineer from June 2015 to July 2021, and as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2011 to June 2015. At Honeywell, they played a senior role in developing and maintaining multiple agile product lines, mentored developers, and was involved in software architecture and security planning. Prior to Honeywell, Andrew held software engineering positions at Grass Valley Australia, Thomson Media Solutions Sdn Bhd, GameBrains, Juken Consultancy Sdn Bhd, MCAD Technology Sdn Bhd, and the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology Research and Development.

Andrew Keith Arlen earned a diploma in Computing from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 1998 to 2000. Andrew Keith later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing from Monash University between 2000 and 2002.
