Tazia Segar

Tazia Segar has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Cast Member for Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Job Coach for UC's Transition and Access Program, assisting students with disabilities. In 2017, they became a Graduate Assistant/Intake Coordinator for the Disability Services Office at the University of Cincinnati, where they managed student intake for accommodation registration and coordinated a recruiting program for students with disabilities. Tazia continued their work at the University of Cincinnati as an Adjunct Instructor in 2018 and as an Academic Advisor and Student Success Coordinator at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Tazia has been an Academic Success Coach at Xavier University since 2021 and will start a new role as an Onboarding Coordinator at PatientPoint in June 2023.

Tazia Segar began their education at Dater High School from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their High School degree with a focus on Regular/General High School studies. Tazia then went on to attend the University of Cincinnati from 2012 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, with a specialization in General Communication. In 2016, Tazia also obtained a certification in Deaf Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Tazia later pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master of Arts degree in Educational Studies with a focus on the field of Educational Studies from 2017 to 2018.
