Kurt Dean

Kurt Dean, CHR is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner, Executive Recruiter, and Career Coach at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc since July 2022, Kurt leads efforts to build rewarding careers and grow brands with a network of over 125 offices and 350 recruiters throughout North America. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Service Manager at Patterson Dental, General Manager at Office Depot and Staples, and Executive Director at Crossroads Church in Douglasville. Notably, Kurt also held the position of General Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included launching retail outlets in major airports. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Clayton State University.
