Caroline Hannah

Caroline Hannah is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at Patrick Industries, Inc. since July 2019, Caroline previously held various HR roles within the company, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager for BH Electronics, Inc. Caroline’s earlier experience includes serving as a Leadership Development Facilitator at Wright Medical and several positions at BH Electronics, Inc. such as Training and Development Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Caroline began their career with a Marketing Communications internship at CBS Radio and has experience in customer service as a Call Center Representative at the University of South Florida. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Cultural Communications from the University of South Florida.
