Bobbi Vandegrift

Bobbi Vandegrift has a strong background in human resources, with roles ranging from HR Coordinator to Regional Director of Human Resources. Bobbi began their career in 2005 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Community Health Care, Inc. In 2008, they joined the University of Northern Iowa as an Employee Benefits & Wellness Coordinator. In 2014, they became an HR and Wellness Consultant at The Accel Group. From 2015 to 2020, Bobbi worked at PDCM Insurance, first as an HR Consultant and later as an HR Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. In 2023, they will transition into the role of Regional Director of Human Resources at the same company.
