Erich Smith

Erich Smith has extensive experience in real estate and land management. Erich most recently served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Patriot Rail Company, where they were responsible for land acquisitions and dispositions, development of railroad right-of-way, and engagement with regulatory agencies. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at OmniTRAX, Inc., monetizing various land uses and negotiating complex real estate contracts. Erich also served as a Real Estate Manager at Florida East Coast Railway, overseeing real estate assets and maximizing income opportunities. Before that, they worked as a Land Consultant, providing due diligence examinations and research services. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager in real estate development and as a Vice-President at Dominion Title Corporation/Champion Title Group Inc.

Erich Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Anthropology from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2000 to 2002.
