Martina Galli

Martina Galli has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Martina started their career at Gucci as a Human Resources Specialist from September 2002 to October 2004. Martina then joined IKEA Group where they held various positions, including Organizational and Development Responsible from November 2004 to January 2008, HR Manager from February 2008 to April 2013, and Country Work Environment Manager from May 2013 to February 2014. Martina then worked at Liomatic SpA as a Human Resources Director from March 2014 to September 2018. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Patrizia Pepe since October 2018. Throughout their career, Martina has demonstrated their abilities in managing HR processes, overseeing privacy activities, leading reorganization and change processes, and optimizing human capital.

Martina Galli has a diverse education history. In 1999, they obtained a laurea degree in Scienze Politiche from the Università degli Studi di Perugia. Following that, in 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in MESL from both the Università degli Studi di Firenze and the Université catholique de Louvain. Most recently, in 2023, they attended the Istituto Artemisia and obtained a diploma in coaching.
