In October 2019, Georg joined PATRIZIA AG as a Management-Trainee, where they undertook various responsibilities and received comprehensive training. Georg then progressed to become an Associate, Performance Analytics in April 2021, where they demonstrated their analytical abilities and contributed to the investment strategy and research department.

Currently, Georg holds the position of Senior Associate Performance Analytics - Investment Strategy & Research at PATRIZIA AG, starting in April 2022. In this role, they continue to excel in performance analytics and contributes to the company's investment strategies. Georg Kläger has a diverse education history that spans several years. Between 2013 and 2017, they attended the University of Regensburg, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related supporting services. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Georg pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate at Irebs Regensburg. Subsequently, in 2018 and 2019, they enrolled at Henley Business School, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Real Estate as well.
