Elena Carstensen

Elena Carstensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elena began their career as a Trainee at A-ROSA Resort GmbH/A-ROSA Sylt in 2014, where they worked until 2017. Following this, they served as a Guest Relations Officer at Grand Hyatt Berlin from 2017 to 2018. Elena then joined Pullman Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Relations Officer from May 2019 to September 2019. Elena later worked as a Sales Assistant at The Westin Grand Hotel Berlin from September 2019 to July 2020. In 2020, Elena transitioned to a Sales Specialist role at Holvi and worked until February 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Operations Manager at Patronus Group, a role they took on in February 2021 before being promoted to Operations Team Lead in January 2022.

Elena Carstensen began their education at Eiluun Feer Skuul from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained their Realschulabschluss. Afterward, they attended Berufliche Schule des Kreises Nordfriesland from 2012 to 2014, earning their Fachhochschulreife in Information Processing. Currently, they are attending Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
