Karen St. George has served as the Chorus Director at Westford Academy since August 1994, leading a range of courses including Concert Choir, Honors Choir, Chamber Singers, and AP Music Theory, alongside teaching guitar and ukulele classes. In addition to academic responsibilities, Karen oversees extra-curricular ensembles like WAcappella and After School Chorus, and has coached vocalists for various notable productions. Previously, experience includes roles such as Marching Band Director and a variety of middle school music classes. Outside of music education, Karen has been a PSIA Level III Certified Ski Instructor since 2013 at Pats Peak, also holding a Master Teacher designation and Children's Specialist certification. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Staff Trainer and Ski Instructor at Nashoba Valley Ski Area for nearly two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music in Music Education-Voice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Fitchburg State University.
