Amanda Cambrice has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Management at Pattern Energy Group since August 2017. In this role, Amanda maximizes the return on renewable energy operating assets while ensuring alignment with financial performance goals. Previous positions at Pattern Energy include Senior Asset Manager and Senior Manager of Operations Performance Reporting, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, budgeting, and key financial analyses. Prior to Pattern Energy, Amanda held the role of Director of Human Resources at FirstLine Schools, focusing on employee relations and compliance, and served as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Burns & McDonnell. Amanda began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at CenterPoint Energy, following a foundational role as a Student Assistant at Spelman College, where Amanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Organizational Management.
