Ashleigh Johnson

Ashleigh Johnson has a diverse range of work experience. Ashleigh currently works at Pattern® as an eCommerce Compliance Manager in Europe since April 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of eCommerce Compliance Executive at the same company from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Pattern®, Ashleigh worked at Sunbury Manor School. Ashleigh served as a SEND Support Worker from September 2021 to December 2021, where they provided speech and language support to SEND students. Ashleigh collaborated with various stakeholders to identify students in need of additional support. Ashleigh also conducted one-on-one and group-based sessions, focusing on improving student behavior, anxiety, and social-emotional communication.

At Sunbury Manor School, they also worked as a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant from April 2021 to September 2021. In this role, Ashleigh supported children with a range of special education, emotional, and behavioral needs. Ashleigh specialized in working with children with dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, and ODD by providing one-to-one and group interventions. Ashleigh created a nurturing environment for these children to facilitate their learning.

Ashleigh's earlier work experience includes a placement student role at Artius Health from August 2020 to November 2020. Ashleigh was involved in adapting an evidence-based psychoeducation group program for clients in the community, focusing on substance abuse recovery.

Prior to that, Ashleigh worked as a Medical Receptionist at Grow Medical from March 2020 to November 2020.

Overall, Ashleigh Johnson has gained experience in eCommerce compliance management, special education support, psychological services, and medical receptionist roles.

Ashleigh Johnson attended Brisbane State High School from 2010 to 2015. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of Queensland from 2016 to 2020. During their time at university, they also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in 2019 at The University of British Columbia, furthering their knowledge in the field of psychology. Ashleigh Johnson obtained an additional certification, the Blue Card Working with Children, from the Queensland Government in June 2020.
