Kathryn Coleman has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the digital and marketing industry. Kathryn started their career as a Design Assistant at Monti Fashion in 2005. Kathryn then worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Specialty Fashion Group from 2007 to 2011. Kathryn then joined TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a CRM Manager from 2011 to 2013, and later joined French Connection in the same role until 2014. Kathryn then joined APG & Co Pty Ltd, where they held positions as a Customer Insights Manager from 2014 to 2016, Head of Customer & Analytics from 2016 to 2018, and Group Head of Digital from 2018 to 2018. Kathryn's most recent experience is with Pattern®, where they worked as the Head of CRM at Practicology from 2019 to 2020. Kathryn is currently the Head of Customer Marketing at Pattern® since 2020, leading their digital acceleration and marketplace growth services.
From 2007 to 2010, Kathryn Coleman attended Western Sydney University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Communications degree. Throughout their studies, they focused on majoring in Public Relations, while also specializing in Advertising, Journalism, and Screen Media as their sub majors.
