Wayne Banks

Wayne Banks has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Wayne started their career at Baxter International Inc., where they served as the Regional Manager of Standards, Distribution and later as the Southern Area Manager, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. At Stemco, they worked as the Director of Logistics and successfully implemented cost-saving measures in transportation, distribution, and customer service. Wayne then joined Briggs-Weaver as the Director of Operations, overseeing the entire operations and logistics for the organization. Their experience at Dart Logistics as a General Manager allowed him to further develop their management skills. Wayne then joined Iron Mountain, where they held the positions of General Manager and Vice President, leading a team of General Managers and overseeing multiple markets and states. At GameStop, they served as Senior Manager of Operations, providing operational leadership at a national refurbishment center. Wayne is currently working at Patterson Companies, Inc. as the Director of Supply Chain Business Operations, responsible for the operation of multiple-site distribution and fulfillment centers. Throughout their career, Wayne has consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic sales partnership, and a focus on operational excellence.

Wayne Banks completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business in 1992. Wayne is currently enrolled in the Patterson Leadership Academy, and they have also taken several logistics and distribution operations courses at The Supply Chain & Logistics Institute - Georgia Tech.
