Karen Ruff

Karen Ruff has over 14 years of experience in operations and client relations, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Client Relations at Patterson Pope since May 2009. In this role, Karen directs the day-to-day activities of the operating department and manages various aspects of staff administration, including recruitment and performance management. Prior to this, Karen held positions at EquiFirst Corporation-Barclays Capital from November 2002 to May 2009, where as Operations Collateral Manager for Government Lending, Karen played a key role in transitioning the operational model and oversaw essential functions such as compliance and trailing documentation. As Trailing Docs Manager, Karen's leadership contributed to a 60% reduction in outstanding trailing documents within one year.
