Brian Pomije

Brian Pomije has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian started their career at MBNA in 1994, where they practiced aggressive sales techniques and provided customer service. Brian then worked at Restaurant Trevi as a Manager, overseeing bar operations and maintaining inventory. From 1992 to 2000, they worked as a General Contractor at Right Angle Renovations, where they maintained rental properties and completed various repairs and renovations. At AIG Life, they served as a Policy Owner Services Associate, processing policy contract changes and producing financial projections. In 2002, they joined Henry Louis Group LLC as a Partner/Property Manager, where they managed a multi-unit commercial property and negotiated leases. Since 2003, they have been with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, where they initially worked as a Realtor, preparing marketing plans and negotiating contracts. Brian then advanced to become a Property Manager, overseeing the management of hundreds of rental properties. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Property Management, where they manage over 650 privately owned rental properties in multiple states. In addition, they recently took on the role of Director of Coastal Rentals, expanding the company's property management services into vacation rentals.

Brian Pomije attended Brandywine from 1990 to 1994, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Brian then attended DelTech from 1997 to 1998, where they engaged in non-degree studies in Business Management, focusing on Small Business.
