Rachel Krittenbrink

Rachel Krittenbrink is an accomplished Senior Internal Auditor with extensive experience in auditing and compliance, currently employed at Patterson-UTI since May 2017. In this role, Rachel supervises and manages the work of contract employees, oversees the testing of SOX controls, and conducts audits across various company processes. Previously, Rachel served as a Sr. Internal Auditor at Seventy Seven Energy, where responsibilities included managing SOX controls, automating processes, and testing accounting controls related to bankruptcy. Rachel began their career at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Audit Associate, where management of audit engagements for diverse clients was a key focus. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
