Sheik Mhd Fahad (Albert)

Albert started their work experience in 2014 as a Team Lead at Energy Efficiency Services Limited. In 2016, they worked as a Process Executive at Datamatics Global Services Limited. Their responsibilities included collecting and entering data, maintaining accurate records, and conducting quality checks.

In 2014, Albert began working as an Event Manager at E3 Innovations, where they planned, organized, and executed various events, managing finances within client-set budget constraints.

From 2017 to 2018, Albert served as a US IT-Recruiter at N2 Services, Inc., collaborating with hiring managers to develop position profiles, create comprehensive job descriptions, and strategize sourcing techniques for each role.

In 2018, Albert joined Patton Labs Inc as an IT-Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. Sheik Mhd Fahad developed and implemented a productive Talent Acquisition strategy, assisted with resume and cover letter preparation, managed salary negotiations, and advised clients on employment issues. Additionally, Albert worked as an IT-Team Lead, overseeing full-cycle staffing services and executive search operations.

Currently, Albert is the proprietor of Afna Travel Agency, a role they have held since May 2021.

Sheik Mhd Fahad (Albert) pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Corporate Secretaryship at Achariya Arts and Science College from 2011 to 2014. During this period, their field of study focused on Accounting and Finance.
