Matthieu Gisard

Matthieu Gisard is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Cuisinier at Paul Bocuse - Le Restaurant Gastronomique since January 2020. Prior to this role, Matthieu worked as a Chef de partie at LA BELLE MEUNIERE from July 2017 to January 2020 and gained experience as a Cuisinier at Les Maisons Marcon from October 2016 to July 2017.
