David Yang has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer APAC at PAUL International. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Paul Bakery Singapore and Koufu Pte Ltd. David also held leadership positions such as Co - Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Harry's Holdings. In addition, they have worked as the Director of Operations at Harrys International and Hospitality and as the Director of Food and Beverage at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. David started their career as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Sentosa Leisure Group and later became the Food and Beverage Manager at Swissotel. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a successful track record in managing food and beverage operations.
David Yang has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northumbria University. David also obtained a Diploma in Hotel Operations from Raffles Knowledge.
