Kate Weiler is a freelance facilitator with extensive experience in the charity and public sectors since October 2014, focusing on learning, human connection, relationships, and social change. Current projects include training for the NHS on peer-powered interventions, facilitating action learning sets for The Coop Foundation, and researching leader development in the refugee and migration sector. As an associate at The Relationships Project, Weiler conducts workshops and has designed a peer-learning program for community businesses. Weiler co-leads the Youth Fund Learning Network at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and has previously worked as a learning designer, trainer, facilitator, and manager in various organizations, emphasizing mental health, curriculum development, and peer-led approaches.
