Kristy Kennedy's work experience includes:

- Partnerships Associate at Paul Ramsay Foundation starting in December 2022. In this role, they work to identify and partner with individuals, communities, and organizations that aim to overcome disadvantage and help people realize their potential. The foundation was established by the late Paul Ramsay AO in 2006 and continues their philanthropy for generations to come.
