Tess Stone

Tess Stone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tess started their career as a Planner/Policy Analyst at Bay of Plenty Regional Council, where they led policy projects and collaborated with colleagues to create statutory planning documents. After a career break involving travel, Tess worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at the General Pharmaceutical Council, where they coordinated and oversaw policy and communication projects. Tess also served as a Policy Manager, leading projects and contributing to the modernization of pharmacy regulation.

Following their time at the General Pharmaceutical Council, Tess joined King's College London as a Department Manager and later as a Senior Operations Officer. In these roles, they managed financial aspects and provided strategic advice for various departments and research grants.

Their next position was at Clever Together, where Tess held multiple roles, including Project Lead, Project Director, and Associate Director. Tess worked on large behavioral insights projects, gained insights on various subjects, and ensured their implementation. Tess also developed assets to promote impact and drive business development.

In 2023, Tess joined SPICAE as a Business Improvement Consultant, contributing to enhancing business processes and performance. Later that year, they became an Innovation Associate at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, focusing on fostering innovation.
