Greg Pope, CPIM, has extensive experience in supply chain management, primarily with PRS Guitars since January 1997, where various roles include Master Scheduler, Sourcing Manager, Buyer/Planner, Accessories Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Neck Sander. In the role of Master Scheduler, Greg led the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP system and developed a master production schedule for 25 product families, translating them into 20,000 make-to-order and make-to-stock end-items. As Sourcing Manager, responsibilities included developing supplier relationships and ensuring material supply, while the Buyer/Planner role involved managing a $4M annual spend through procurement and material planning. Earlier experience at Domino's Pizza, Inc. as a Store Manager involved overseeing operations and training employees to meet targets. Greg Pope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies/Humanities from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
