Melina Spycher

Melina Spycher currently works as the Head of Center of Competences for Diversity & Inclusion at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI since April 2019. Melina also holds the title of Expert Diversity & Inclusion and Bereichspersonalfachfrau. Previously, Melina worked at Aparthotel Baden and Sport World Baregg as a Front Office Agent. Melina also has experience working at Praxis für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie in Brugg and ABB. Melina holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich and has a background in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Research and (Higher) Education.
