Brian Sogol has a diverse work experience in various roles. Brian is currently the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration at Dechert LLP from April 2019 to March 2020. From December 2016 to April 2019, Brian worked as a Senior Alumni Manager at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Before that, they were an Assistant Vice President at CCS from September 2013 to December 2016. Brian also served as a Litigation Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP from October 2010 to September 2013. Brian gained experience as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Nicholas G. Garaufis at the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, from June 2008 to August 2008. Brian started their career in politics, where they held roles as a Legislative Policy Analyst/Speaker's Research Coordinator-Scheduler at the New York City Council from August 2004 to August 2007, and as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Sen. Thomas K. Duane at the New York State Senate from April 2002 to August 2004.

Brian Sogol completed their B.A. in American Studies (Film) at Yale University from 1997 to 2001. Brian then pursued a J.D. degree at Cardozo School of Law from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Brian is enrolled at Fordham University School of Law where they are working towards a Certificate in Structural Issues in Law Firm Management, starting in 2023.
