Kattie Capozza

Kattie Capozza is an accomplished human resources and organizational development leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Global People and Culture at Paula's Choice Skincare, Kattie also operates as the CEO and Founder of Disco Porcupine LLC, focusing on consulting and coaching to unlock organizational growth opportunities. With previous roles including Interim CHRO at Centr and Global Head of Talent Management at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Kattie's expertise encompasses talent management, culture building, and strategic leadership across diverse sectors. Kattie held various leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities ranged from organizational development to workforce analytics, solidifying a strong foundation in HR strategy and execution. Kattie holds a Master of Liberal Studies from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.
