John Straetker

John Straetker is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Paulo Heat Treating, Brazing and Metal Finishing. Prior to this, John held executive finance positions at Nortek Global HVAC and Ingersoll Rand. John has extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including managing financial aspects for Beauty Care, Global IT, and plant operations. John also has a background in engineering at John Deere, focusing on vehicle control systems and electrical engineering. John holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
