Carter Trent

Carter Trent is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment analysis and equity research. Currently serving as the Founder of Cavalry Capital since November 2023, Carter has also held the position of Advisor at Absolute Capital since June 2022. Previous roles include Investment Analyst at a Private Family Office from September 2021 to March 2022, and various positions at Stephens from June 2018 to April 2021, leading to a role as Equity Research Senior Associate. Earlier in the career, Carter worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG from January 2017 to May 2018 and gained foundational experience as a Financial Analyst at CFO Network, LLC from May 2015 to August 2016. Carter Trent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University, where attendance spanned from August 2012 to March 2015, along with prior studies at Trinity College-Hartford in 2011-2012.
