Joanna Kuczynski

Joanna Kuczynski has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Joanna is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Pave America since April 2023. Previously, they worked as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Pave America, LLC from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at New Bedford from April 2019 to May 2022, and also worked as the Billing Operations Manager at the same company from November 2016 to April 2019. Joanna's work experience includes a role as Billing Operations Manager at James River Dermatology from July 2015 to April 2016, and as an Office Manager at Integrative Medical NY, LLC from August 2011 to April 2015.

Joanna Kuczynski, MHRM, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond in the years 2015-2017. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College from 2009-2011. In 2005-2007, Joanna completed an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. In January 2021, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
