Kevin Finch

Kevin Finch is a software engineer who has worked at Pave, Citizen, 8VC, Shogun Enterprises Inc., NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Princeton University, and Monorail Inc. Kevin has led multiple engineering-wide initiatives, including the creation of a web component library using React and Typescript and the implementation of an automatic Swagger API documentation generator using go-swagger. Kevin has also worked closely with the product and central operations teams to plan and implement full stack features for a powerful internal web app using React, Typescript, Go, and MySQL. In addition, they have improved web and backend architecture to allow the ProtectOS platform to scale as internal user count increased by 400% and the number of incidents covered increased by over 60%. Kevin has also led monthly Web Team operational reviews outlining quarterly goals, progress, and planning, and has mentored and onboarded newly hired teammates.

Kevin Finch attended Princeton University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. While at Princeton, Kevin was a member of the Quadrangle Club.
