Max Mckittrick

Max McKittrick is a data engineer who currently works at Pave. Max has previously worked as a senior data engineer at Capital One, where they developed an airflow platform to serve features for hundreds of production models, and an internal API used for orchestration, writing mostly in Python and Golang. Max also worked as a data engineering fellow at Insight Data Science, where they developed a recommendation engine for vinyl records using real/synthesized data and distributed technologies. Max has also worked as a data consultant for Agilent Technologies, where they did text mining in Java to identify product usage trends and assist targeted marketing efforts, and utilized a large open-source text dataset to construct a publication network of authors. Max has also worked as a risk specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and as a student consultant at the Business Intelligence Group.

Max Mckittrick has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the same school. They also have a certification from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
