Marnie Harris

Marnie Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and marketing strategy, currently serving as the Director of Business and Marketing Strategy at Pavilion Development Company since May 2020. In this role, Marnie focuses on marketing and growth strategy, concept design and launch, strategic partnerships, and customer discovery for The Shepherd Hotel, a boutique hotel aimed at providing authentic hospitality through the employment of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Prior to this, Marnie worked at Hello Robot Inc as a Business Development Consultant and Product Manager, contributing to customer discovery, stakeholder mapping, and fundraising initiatives for an early-stage start-up. Marnie's background also includes a significant tenure at Georgia Institute of Technology, where as Program Manager for the Excel program, Marnie founded a mentor program supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Marnie's education includes an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
