Holger Grumbt

Holger Grumbt is an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach at Pawlik Consultants GmbH since October 2022. Additionally, Grumbt has been involved in startup consultancy at E & E Starthilfe GmbH since January 2022. Formerly, Grumbt held the position of Meister SHK at Lohse GmbH from February 2013 to November 2017 and worked at Walter Werbung GmbH from December 2000 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, a HypnoSystemic Basic Training from IEKOHSA Institut, REFA qualifications, and various business management degrees from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz and Handwerkskammer Dresden.
