Olaf Bethke

Olaf Bethke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and management. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Consultant at PAWLIK Consultants GmbH since January 2016, Olaf specializes in aligning strategy, organization, people, and culture to achieve organizational goals. Prior to this role, Olaf co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Communeer GmbH from December 2010 to January 2021. Additional experience includes leadership positions at BVG Communication Technologies GmbH as Head of Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Management, and Siemens, where Olaf held various roles including Head of Sales for Small Medium Business and Management Consultant.
