Rita Francis

Rita Francis has work experience in the food industry, specifically in food safety and quality assurance. Rita started their career as a Food Safety and Quality Inspector at Prunelle Lebanon in August 2016 and held this position until February 2019. In February 2019, they were promoted to Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor and remained in this role until January 2021. From January 2021 to October 2021, they served as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Prunelle Lebanon. Currently, they are working as the Operations Manager at PawPots starting from August 2022.

Rita Francis completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences between 2011 and 2014. Rita then pursued a Master's degree in Food formulation and Security from the same institution, graduating between 2014 and 2016. In addition to their formal education, Rita obtained certifications in ISO 22000:2018 from ACE faction in April 2018, and in ISO 22000:2005 from the same institution in May 2017.
