Rachael Hrisak Gorsuch

PAX Local Coordinator at PAX - Program of Academic Exchange

Rachael Hrisak Gorsuch is an experienced educator currently serving as a Math Teacher at Teays Valley High School, where responsibilities include teaching Data Science, Geometry, and Algebra 1. In addition, Rachael is a PAX Local Coordinator, supporting host families in Central Ohio for international exchange students. As a Co-Author of "Precalculus: Graphical, Numerical, Algebraic AP Edition, 11e" at Pearson and a T3 Regional Instructor for Texas Instruments, Rachael leads professional development focused on pedagogy and technology integration. Previous teaching roles include math and physics instruction at Columbus Academy and Teays Valley High School, alongside early experience at Premier Academy of Ohio. Rachael holds a Master's degree in STEM Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Muskingum University.
