Jane Washington

Jane Washington has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR@Pax at Pax, Schweizerische Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jane completed a Masters in Human Resources Management at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland, with a focus on Strategic Management, Organisation Development, and Strategic HR Business Partnering, culminating in a master thesis on enhancing intra-organisational networks within a multinational insurance company. Jane's career at ABB spanned from 2000 to 2018, where roles included Human Resources Project Manager, AVP - Compensation & Benefits, and Region Compensation & Benefits Manager for India, Middle East, and Africa. Earlier positions include Global Compensation Specialist in Dubai and Manager of Global Mobility in Switzerland, as well as an Administrative Assistant at Pfister Wirz, Zimmerli AG. Jane also holds a Federal Certificate in Human Resources and completed a Commercial Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
