Jenn Castillo

Jenn Castillo has a diverse work experience in the field of customer service and professional services management. Jenn currently serves as the Director of Customer Service at PaxeraHealth, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Professional Services at Canon Medical Informatics from October 2019 to March 2023. In their role at Nuance Communications from July 2009 to October 2019, Jenn served as the Professional Services Manager. Jenn started their career as a Systems Engineer at Descartes Systems Group from March 2008 to July 2009 and gained experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Hitachi Data Systems from March 2005 to March 2008.

Jenn Castillo attended the University of Waterloo from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science within the field of Engineering.
