Maritza Jones

Maritza Jones has over 25 years of work experience in the field of dance. From 1994 to 2007, they worked as a Dance Instructor at Cindy's School of Dance. Maritza then moved on to Dancing Classrooms New York City in 2007, where they served as a Teaching Artist and Liaison. In 2008, they were appointed Studio Manager at American Ballroom Dance Studio, where they were responsible for all day-to-day operations. From 2010 to 2014, Jones was the Co-Founder, Program Manager and Liaison at Dancing Classsrooms L.A. In 2014, they became an Independent Insurance Professional featuring Family Heritage Life Products. Jones has been with PaxeraHealth since 2015, where they have served as Director of Channel Sales USA, Senior Partner Sales Manager, and National Partner Sales Manager.

Maritza Jones received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from Texas Woman's University between 1994 and 1999. Maritza has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Managing Organizational Change for Managers (May 2019), Body Language for Women (November 2018), The Data Science of Healthcare, Medicine, and Public Health, with Barton Poulson (October 2018), Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership (April 2018), Developing Your Emotional Intelligence (April 2018), Leading with Emotional Intelligence (April 2018), New Manager Foundations (April 2018), Efficient Time Management (March 2018), Selling with Stories (March 2018). Additionally, they have a HIPAA Certification from Medscape, obtained in September 2017.
