Lizzy Rosen is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success, Onboarding & Account Management at Vendr since May 2023. With a strong background in leading customer success teams, Lizzy has previously held senior roles such as SVP at Thrive and VP at Pluralsight, where the focus was on enhancing user experiences through advanced technology and skill development. Additional experience includes directing global customer success efforts at Catchpoint and managing customer support at Experian Data Quality. Lizzy also dedicates time as a Volunteer Career Advisor with Pay Forward Coaching, providing free career coaching to individuals in sales and customer success. Lizzy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Union College.
