Cara Davies

Cara Davies currently serves as the Head of Product at Slice, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Cara was Co-Founder and CEO of Steppen, a prominent fitness app for Gen Zers that has achieved over 400,000 downloads, until its acquisition by Alta in October 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship with the People & Data team at Afterpay and a Project Consultant role at 180 Degrees Consulting - Monash University. Cara also contributed as a Research Intern at Monash University, collaborating with Dr. Megan Spencer-Smith on a cognitive training research project. Additionally, Cara supported the All Abilities Program at Maccabi Australia. Education includes ongoing studies at Monash University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer Software Engineering.
