Menne Mennes has a diverse work experience history, beginning with their current position as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at PAY. since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ebury as the Managing Director Benelux from July 2017 to September 2021. Menne also had a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager from June 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they held roles as an Associate from January 2014 to June 2015 and a Junior Associate from September 2012 to January 2014. Menne started their career at the Ministry of Finance, Dutch State Treasury Agency (DSTA) as Dealer Money & Capital Markets, where they were responsible for various funding programs and policy issues from September 2009 to August 2012. Menne Mennes began their education in 2002 at the University of Groningen, where they obtained a Propedeutic diploma in Econometrics and Operations Research in 2005. Menne continued their studies at the same university and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2006. In the following year, Menne pursued a Master of Science degree in Monetary Economics at the University of Groningen. From 2007 to 2009, they attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Management. In 2011, Menne briefly studied at the Universitat de Barcelona's Summer School, focusing on Banking Theory. Lastly, Menne completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program at the CFA Institute from 2009 to 2012, specializing in CFA 3.
