Michael Fortugno

Michael Fortugno is the CAO & VP, Finance at Payability. Michael previously served as the VP - Corporate Controller at OnDeck from January 2010 to April 2016. Michael was responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements and overseeing the month-end close of all subsidiaries. Michael also spearheaded the RFP process for external auditor in 2012. Michael has played a major role in helping OnDeck achieve its successful $230M Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) in December 2014.

Michael Fortugno has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Michael also has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fordham University. Michael is NY State Certified Public Accountant.
