Tesfamichael Molla

Tesfamichael Molla has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Tesfamichael started their career as an Ambassador at TME Education in September 2018 and continued in this role until October 2022.

In June 2020, Tesfamichael joined Poshak Consultancy services PLC as the Chief Technology Officer, where they served until July 2021.

In 2021, they also worked as a Flutter Developer at TokenHead from June 2021 to August 2021.

From October 2021 to May 2023, Tesfamichael worked at Equity Bank Limited as a Mid Level Backend Developer (Python). In this role, they developed various applications including a credit-scoring web app with Django and VueJS, assisted in the development of 3 Fraud management web apps using Django, and contributed to the development of a mobile banking system using Django. Additionally, Tesfamichael developed a management portal for Equity Bank's mobile banking system using React and Django.

Currently, Tesfamichael is working at Payability as a Python Developer, starting in May 2023.

Tesfamichael Molla completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Wolkite University from 2014 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Poznan University of Technology from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tesfamichael has obtained certifications such as "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Skills For Africa in September 2019. Tesfamichael was also awarded the "National Universities innovation competition" certification by the Ministry of Science and Technology in April 2016. Prior to their university education, Tesfamichael was recognized as the winner of the "Amhara High school innovation computation" by the Amhara Education Minister in May 2013.
