Evelina Ferek

Evelina Ferek has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Evelina currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at PayAlly since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Owner at Positive-Studio-Ltd from June 2021 to April 2023, where they were responsible for developing client relationships, conducting market research, and organizing studio production.

From October 2017 to August 2021, Evelina served as an Office and Human Resources Manager at Lightbox Jewelry, where they provided support in HR projects, advised managers on HR issues, and ensured compliance with employment law.

Before that, they were a UK Customer Service, Human Resources & Office Manager at Flokk from January 2010 to October 2017. In this role, Evelina focused on improving customer service, implementing HR initiatives, and enhancing employee morale and engagement.

Evelina's early work experience includes a role as an Assistant Manager at Leon Restaurants, where they successfully managed a team, increased sales, and handled recruitment and training.

Evelina Ferek started their education journey at the School of Economics in Poland from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their high school degree with a focus on Economics. Evelina then went on to attend the University of Jan Kochanowski in Poland from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Polish Studies with a specialization in Journalism. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, Evelina also pursued a HND/NVQ equivalent degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the same university. Later on, in 2016, Evelina attended Acacia Learning in London for a brief period and earned a Human Resources Management Certificate Level 5 with a CIPD qualification, emphasizing their interest in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
