Elad Gabay

Elad Gabay has had a varied and extensive career. In 2021, they began as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at PayBox. From 2014 to 2021, they held two roles at Discount Bank, first as Chief of Staff, Digital, Data and Innovation Division, and then as Business Project Manager Team leader, CRM Department; Technologies and Operations Division. From 2007 to 2014, they were the QA Team Leader at Technologies and Operations Division at Discount Bank. Before that, from 2005 to 2007, they were a Quality Assurance at the Israel Defense Forces.

Elad Gabay completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ono Academic College in 2011, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution from 2011 to 2013. Elad then earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Ono Academic College in 2014. In 2019-2020, they completed a Digital for Executives course from Digitalent - Be a Talent in a Digital World.
