Edgar Diaz Bolaños

Edgar Diaz Bolaños serves as the Head of Sales for Centroamérica y Caribe at PayCash ® since June 2023, leading the development and execution of a global e-commerce strategy to optimize revenue. Prior to this role, Edgar was the Gestor de Estrategia Convenio at Popular Pensiones from October 2017 to May 2023, where leadership of a team of over 300 focused on communication, training, and strategy was key to achieving personal and group goals. Edgar's earlier experience includes serving as Ejecutivo Mantenimiento Cliente Alto Patrimonio at Banco Nacional, from May 2009 to October 2017, managing high-net-worth clients and advising on asset management. Edgar's education includes a degree in Project Management with SCRUM from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad Americana, along with various certifications in auditing and industrial engineering.
